Now this dress is an absolute stunner (along with the gorgeous bride wearing the gown!!), and naughty me has been unintentionally sitting on these gorgeous images for quite some time. As I’ve been so busy I lost track and only recently realised that I hadn’t shared any with all of you!
Naomi was very inspired by the super glamorous designs of the 1930’s when it came to her wedding dress. She was after something with a very “blousey” bodice, a lovely low back detail and a skirt which was less full at the front but had more movement at the back. We worked through lots of gorgeous original vintage gown inspiration images and came up with such an amazing design. I just adore the simplicity of the dress as well as all of the very deliberate little design details in the waistband and skirt pieces. There is something so lovely about the lines of a 30’s era wedding dress and those geometric angles throughout the skirts.
All of these stunning images were captured by Nicolette Johnson Photography who is one of my new favourite photographers!
I just love the venue Naomi & Toby chose for their wedding reception as well so I’ve included a few images for more lovely wedding inspiration!!
