What a gorgeous stationery set for a 40s inspired wedding!!…. if I renewed my vows I wouldnt know where to start with such amazing talent around. Snippet & Ink This is one of the gorgeous stationery sets by Milkfed Press in their Newly Betrothed section.  They seem to have a style for almost every vintage inspired wedding so well worth looking through.

Recently I received these lovely images from a bride whose bridal gown and bridesmaid dress I made a little while back (pre baby days!).  Shona chose a lovely short wedding dress that had a full organza overlay with cute little capped sleeves.  Underneath the organza was a layer of dupion silk which was made as a strapless bodice underlay and the skirt had lovely box pleats to give the perfect amount of fullness without being too bulky.  Then to add… Read more »
