As the title states, this package is designed for those who have selected all of your vendors, sent your invitations and all is set.  It’s now time for you to relax and enjoy being a bride, and allow your friends and families to be the guests.  This is a great option for couples who are having their ceremony or reception at a venue that is unable to provide a coordinator as Silver Sixpence takes care of the following:

-     Attendance on your wedding day from start of ceremony through to your first dance/end of formalities at the reception

-    Venue setup as needed (favours, guest books, order of service, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, unity candles, etc.)

-     Contact person for all vendors on the wedding day to enable bride and groom to be able to breeze through their day without hassles.

-      Ensure the day runs smoothly to your established timeline; cue bride, groom and DJ, etc. for each event.

-       Liaise with venue's on-site coordinator to ensure that all parties are on schedule.

-       Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to ceremony/reception.

-       Other services as needed by the Bride & Groom.

Silver Sixpence has designed this package for those who need a little more assistance than merely just on the day.  In the month leading up to your big day the stress can be overwhelming, but this package can give you peace of mind that your day will run smoothly.  This package includes all of the services listed above and also includes:

-    A minimum of one, one hour in-person meeting a month before the wedding to address and alleviate all of your wedding concerns.

-    One hour attendance at your rehearsal, this may also be exchanged for another one hour in-person meeting to further discuss arrangements, or a site or venue visit prior to the wedding day.

-    Attendance on your wedding day from bride's preparation time through to your first dance/end of formalities at the reception.

-     Personalised and customised timeline created with you during our meeting time for your wedding day and distributed to required vendors.

-      Assistance with budget preparation.

-     Contact and confirm all of your vendors a week before to ensure their commitment and double check details.

-      Guest list management including RSVP tracking and follow-up.

-      Return rental items after the wedding (linens, tuxedos, florist vases etc.)

-      Unlimited phone and email contact from booking through to your wedding date.

-      Other individual services added on a per-wedding basis

This package was designed for Brides who need a little more help in planning their day.  Silver Sixpence can assist in all of your wedding plans to ensure you have the absolute day of your dreams which fits within your budget.  Our full package is ideal for out of town brides who have no idea where to start.  We will do all of the time consuming work and present you with a variety of options which best suit your needs and wishes.  All services offered in our "On the Day" as well as "For the Month" packages are included as well as:

-        Services commence immediately and follow through to include the Wedding day.

-        Unlimited help with vendor selection and contract reviews.

-        A minimum of two one-hour, in-person consultations.

-        Complete theming and budget planning.

-        Ceremony planning (eg. choosing vows, readings etc.)

-        Assistance with schedule/timeline and checklists.

-        Preparation of reception seating chart.

-        All vendor contact and communications if desired.

-        Bridal styling and wedding advice.

All of the above packages include a special gift basket for the Bride and Groom on arrival to their bridal suite, as well as our unique bathroom pampering basket which includes little luxuries such as mints, hairspray, safety pins, hand lotion, deodorants, etc. which is decorated to match your wedding style and set up for your female guests (male pampering basket available on request also).

Our e-service is an economical solution without using a full time wedding planner.  Not only is this service practical for all brides but is perfect for out of town brides.  Silver Sixpence provides planning assistance via email at a very prompt manner throughout the entire planning timeline.  We offer not only advice but support through this stressful time in your life.  This service enables you to plan at your own place, simply email Silver Sixpence your ideas, concerns or questions and we will respond back with relevant information.  This service includes unlimited email correspondence from your engagement through to your big day.
